Outright Payment

1. Plot of 200 Sq.Yds. – Can buy any Individual

If a member chooses to buy an open plot of 200 Square Yards, he / she ends of paying Rs.1,40,000/- (Rupees One Lakh Fourty Thousand Only) and details are as follows:

(a) Cost of Land @ Rs.650/- per Sq.Yd. -Rs.1,30,000/-
(b) Development Charges @ Rs.50/- per Sq.Yd. -Rs. 10,000/-

Note: Registration Charges will be extra as per prevailing rates at the time of Registration by the Registry

2. Open Plot of 1,000 Sq.Yds. with desired Corner Plot - Option of selecting desired Corner Plot is offered for Individual or group of Individuals who will buy minimum 1,000 Sq.Yds.

Cost per Sq.Yd. for desired Corner Plot is as follows:

1. For East Corner Plot (5%) - Rs.32.50/- per Sq.Yd.

2. For Other Corner Plot (10%) - Rs.65/- per Sq.Yd.

3. For North-East Corner Plot (15%) - Rs.97.50/- per Sq.Yd.

Total Cost for buy:

(1) East Corner Plot: Plot of 1,000 Square Yards costs Rs.7,32,500/- (Rupees Seven Lakh Thirty Two Thousand and Five Hundred Only) and details are as follows:

(a) Cost of Land @ Rs.650/- per Sq.Yd. - Rs.6,50,000/-
(b) Development Charges @ Rs.50/- per Sq.Yd. - Rs. 50,000/-

Note: Registration Charges will be extra as per prevailing rates at the time of Registration

(2) Other Corner Plot: Plot of 1,000 Square Yards costs Rs.7,65,000/- (Rupees Seven Lakh Sixty Five Thousand Only) and details are as follows:

(a) Cost of Land @ Rs.650/- per Sq.Yd. - Rs.6,50,000/-
(b) Development Charges @ Rs.50/- per Sq.Yd. - Rs. 50,000/-

(3) North-East Corner Plot: Plot of 1,000 Square Yards costs Rs.7,97,500/- (Rupees Seven Lakh Ninty Seven Thousand and Five Hundred Only) and details are as follows:

(a) Cost of Land @ Rs.650/- per Sq.Yd. - Rs.6,50,000/-
(b) Development Charges @ Rs.50/- per Sq.Yd. - Rs. 50,000/-
